In this dutch forum thread people say:

• it is an induction motor.
• a capacitor should be attached with values as on the label (12uF, rated for 300V).
• it is an asynchronous single phase motor (dutch wiki page).

Can this motor be used to generate electricity as a windturbine?

Induction motors cannot be used as standalone generators, as they need an external AC source to set the frequency of the 60 Hz and to induce current in the rotor

short answer is, you can't. To make a generator you need field coils and you don't have any here, or much possibility of accessing any.
