Arduino and AD620 inamp

I want to:

• Power an AD620 inamp with the 0-5 V supply from an Arduino Nano.
• Amplify an AC signal with a gain of 2.
• ~~Read the inamp's output on the Arduino Nano's analog input.~~ (this will take more effort because while the signal can easily be amplified to +/- 2.5 V it would have to be level shifted to be between 0-5 V to read in the Arduino. This might help).

Testing

Tested with an input signal of 100 mV @ 1 kHz and the output looks great with a gain of a bit more then 2.
