Small Coil Winding Jig (using Meccano)

Parts used. I did not have enough 3x1 parts for the 0.5 centimeter width I wanted the coil to be, that is why I put in some spacers as well. One difficulty is in keeping the coil from being glued to the other metal parts. I tried lathering the parts in soap, olive oil and WD40. None kept the coil from sticking to it. This time I try using tape. I used 'superglue', also called 'secondelijm' or 'atoomlijm' in The Netherlands.
